Greek police have arrested the leader of the far-right Golden Dawn party, Nikolaos Michaloliakos, on charges of forming a criminal organisation. Three more Golden Dawn MPs, a leader in an Athens suburb and nine other party members have also been arrested. The arrests come amid anger over the murder on 18 September of anti-racist musician, Pavlos Fyssas. A man held for the stabbing told police he was a Golden Dawn supporter, though the party strongly denies any link.
One of the MPs arrested on Saturday was party spokesman Ilias Kasidiaris. Another, Ilias Panayiotaros, told reporters before giving himself up: “Shame on them, the people will lift Golden Dawn higher.” A number of other warrants are believed to have been issued. Golden Dawn has called on its supporters to rally outside the police headquarters in Athens and has vowed to fight back. A text message read: “We call upon everyone to support our moral and just struggle against the corrupt system!”
At last the murderers in their right environment, prison cells. Oddly they are complaining about …their human rights!
It has been prologue for long and here in Ovi magazine we have often talked and warned about these parasite criminals. Golden Dawn troops, the imitation of the Nazi nightmare, have abused and killed a 34 years-old musician.
“A 34-year-old man died in the early hours of Wednesday morning after he was attacked by neo-Nazi and subsequently stabbed in Piraeus. The victim has been named as Pavlos Fyssas, a hip-hopper involved in the antifascist scene. He was stabbed in the chest outside a café at 60 Panayi Tsaldari Avenue in Amfiali, in the Keratsini district of Piraeus, shortly after midnight by a group of neo-Nazi dressed in black and camouflage uniforms.
“He was taken to Tzanio hospital, where he died shortly afterwards. Before he died, he managed to identify the perpetrator and his accomplices, according to reports. Fyssas was a hip-hop performer who went by the stage name of Killah P. He was involved in organising concerts against fascism and other social activities in the area where he lived.
“At the time of the attack, he was with his partner and two friends at the cafe. Shortly after midnight, a group of young men wearing black sweatshirts and camouflage trousers confronted the group in the café and a scuffle ensued. Fyssas and his three friends initially managed to escape their attackers, but as they ran down the street, a car blocked their way. The driver got off the car and stabbed the 34 year old at least three times on the footpath. The perpetrator then fled on foot with his accomplices.
Noted that according to witnesses there were policemen around but nobody did anything to stop the murder and if it wasn’t a policewoman who acted and arrested the murderer nobody would have been arrested.
Golden Dawn, this group of criminals and murderers that has enter Greek political life and Greek parliament is not an internal Greek issue but a global problem that must be dealt as it is, a criminal organization that must be stopped NOW!
